Yes. Cicco Construction Group holds all required state and local licenses and carries comprehensive general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Documentation is available upon request with every proposal or contract.

Absolutely. We work closely with HOA boards, property managers, and CAMs to develop clear scopes, budgets, and timelines that minimize disruption to residents and meet association requirements.

5. How do you minimize disruption for residents during construction?

We use respectful, professional crews and carefully plan mobilization, access, and work areas to reduce noise, limit equipment visibility, and maintain safety. No interior unit access is needed unless specified in the scope. Communication with residents and property managers is a top priority throughout the process.

7. Do you provide warranties on your work?

Yes. We offer limited warranties on both labor and materials, often tied to the manufacturer’s system warranties (such as waterproof coatings). Warranty terms will be included in your contract.

8. Do you supply materials, or do we?

Cicco Construction Group provides all labor and materials unless otherwise discussed. We use only trusted commercial-grade products from industry leaders like Sherwin-Williams, Sika, and BASF, based on project conditions.

9. Do you do free estimates or proposals?

Yes, we offer free consultations and detailed proposals for qualified property managers and board-led associations. Our proposals include scope, pricing, timelines, and technical approach.

10. Do you only work on oceanfront or coastal buildings?

While much of our work is in oceanfront and high-salt exposure zones, we serve inland properties as well — especially those with elevated decks, aging exteriors, or long-term waterproofing needs.
