Cicco Construction was started by Doug Colacicco with the support of his wife and family. Doug grew up in the construction industry and initially focused on residential work. In 2008, he expanded the business to include commercial services.

In 2023, the business was acquired by Lynn Blevins following Doug's unfortunate passing. Lynn brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having co-founded Prestige Custom Homes and later led Prestige Luxury Homes.

After taking on Cicco Construction, Lynn chose to honor Doug’s legacy by preserving the name and upholding the standards of excellence the business was known for. Today, Cicco Construction remains a family-oriented company specializing in commercial upfits, new construction, and all aspects of exterior work, including roofing. We proudly continue to serve residential clients with custom home builds, remodels, additions, and roofing projects.

Meet the Cicco Construction Team

Lynn Blevins

Owner / CEO

Lynn Blevins grew up in Tennessee and earned his BBA in Management from East Tennessee State University. After spending 10 years as an ocean lifeguard, he found his way into construction in Knoxville before moving to Myrtle Beach in 2003 to work for a local homebuilder. By 2005, he earned his license and went out on his own, co-founding Prestige Custom Homes with Terry Price. That venture evolved into Prestige Luxury Homes in 2019, and in 2023, he took the reins at Cicco Construction Group. With deep roots in the Grand Strand and a hands-on approach to building, Lynn brings both grit and heart to every project—focused on quality, relationships, and helping coastal communities stay strong.

Natasha Blevins

Office Manager

Natasha Blevins grew up along coastal South Carolina. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Art. Natasha originally started working with Lynn under Prestige Custom Homes before taking a break to work for a local gas company. Realizing she desired to be part of the whole home building process she came back to work for Prestige and currently runs the office for Cicco Construction Group. With an eye for design, she works with customers to help make finishing selections while also managing the accounts.

Dennis Joyner

Senior Project Manager

Dennis Joyner has 45 years of construction experience. Before he moved in project management, he ran his own framing company for 20 years. Originally from Virginia, he has lived in the area since '95. Dennis was a senior project manager for a national construction company for 8 years before joining the team at Cicco in 2020. Dennis comes with a wealth of knowledge that's hard to find. As our senior project manager, he is capable of ensuring any project is done correctly and in a timely manner.

Charlie Semenetz

Project Superintendent

Charlie Semenetz has over 20 year of experience in the construction industry. Beginning in plaster, he has worked his way into supervisory roles. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, he has successfully overseen many projects from start to finish. His background has given him a deep understanding of both the technical and managerial sides of construction. This allows him to bridge the gap between the field and leadership while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
